Frank Mutubila is a respected Zambian media personality, diplomat, and public commentator whose career spans more than five decades in broadcasting and national service. He began his journey at the Zambia Broadcasting Service (now ZNBC) in the early 1970s, becoming a familiar voice and presence in millions of households. He co-founded 5 FM and Diamond TV, founded Capital FM, and hosted landmark programmes including Frank Talk, Kwacha Good Morning Zambia, and Let the People Talk on Radio Phoenix. In recognition of his distinguished service, President Michael Sata appointed him Zambia's Ambassador to Italy, where he worked to strengthen bilateral ties in investment, trade, tourism, and agriculture. Beyond media and diplomacy, Ambassador Mutubila has spoken openly and honestly about his personal journey — using his own experiences to encourage younger generations on relationships, responsibility, and humility. His favourite quote: "Nothing lasts forever except the word of God."

He is the founder of the Ulendo Leadership Institute, through which he has trained church and corporate leaders across Zambia and internationally. A prolific writer, his books include Sentenced To Succeed: You Have What It Takes, Understanding The Masculine Heart (co-authored with Davies Malembeka), Picking A Fight: Dare To Make A Difference, and his latest release, The Seeker.
